Have you received your Form 1 back in the mail? What comes next?
The ATF requires that all manufactured firearms Form 1 short barreled rifles, shotguns or suppressors be engraved with the manufacturer’s name (you or legal entity), city and state. Your Name / legal entity name and locale can be engraved any where it is visible and can be as small as 1/16″ in height. The minimum depth required by the ATF is .003″, we will work to dig a little deeper, if you plan to Cerakote or apply a coating please let us know and we will work to adjust the depth to allow for the coating. Lower River Tactical can engrave the magazine well side or front, underneath an integrated trigger guard found on billet lower, and in several other approved areas where the mark is in clear view.
